Shipping Policy

Shipments throughout Greece

The company calculates the shipping cost based on the total weight and volume of your order.

For orders up to 2kg weight (volumetric or real) the shipping costs are € 3.30 and in case the payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fixed charge of € 2.00.

For orders over 2kg and regardless of the amount there are costs which amount to € 1.00 for each additional kilo (real or volumetric). The delivery of the products to your place is done with a cooperating courier company, usually the next working day. (you will receive an informative e-mail or SMS about the delivery process).

For some remote areas the delivery time can reach 2-3 working days.

In case one of the products is not immediately available in our warehouse, the waiting time can reach 3-5 working days.

Pickup from store

Place your order and select «PICK UP FROM STORE». With the code of your order, come according to the following opening hours - for the receipt of your products. If you do not catch the same day do not worry! Our company will keep your order active for another three working days. Then, they are automatically deleted from our system.

Shipments abroad

The company does not send products abroad.
