The classic Italian care for the needs of the skin every day:

- Before entering the shower, let the hot water run for a minute. The steam will help open the pores for greater moisture absorption. But then cool it down a bit, because the high temperature dries out the skin.
- Use a washcloth – or loofah – to gently exfoliate and remove dead cells. This way your skin will absorb the moisture more easily. Then put a small amount of shower gel on your loofah or sponge and mix with a little water to create the foam that you will pass all over your body with gentle movements. Alternatively, pour two caps of the shower gel in a tub of water, lather up, and enjoy the treatment of a spa. Finally, rinse well with water.
